1. What we collect
Fusion is operated by Oddball Marketing Pty Ltd for the businesses it serves. When your business (or its agency) connects its systems, we hold:
Contact identifiers — names, phone numbers, email addresses and postal suburbs of your business’s customers, as they appear in the connected systems (for example Xero or MYOB contacts, call-tracking caller records, website form fills).
Transaction records — invoices, orders and payments from the accounting and e-commerce systems your business connects. Amounts and dates are kept exactly as the source system reports them.
Marketing interaction records — ad clicks, tracked phone calls, email opens and website sessions, including the technical identifiers those platforms issue (click IDs, caller IDs, cookie-scoped session IDs).
Account records — the name, email address and sign-in history of each person given access to Fusion.
We collect this information from the systems your business connects — not from you directly, and never by purchasing data from third parties.
2. Why we collect it
One purpose: to show the business you deal with what its marketing actually returns — connecting marketing activity to the real revenue it produced. That requires linking a customer’s interactions (a call, a click, a form) to their transactions (an invoice, an order).
We use personal information only for that purpose and the directly related purposes in APP 6 (for example, support and fault-finding).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences or for re-targeting.
Each business’s data is isolated to its own workspace; agency staff see only the client workspaces they are assigned.
3. Storage & residency (Australia)
All data is stored in Australian data centres (Sydney region). We do not transfer personal information overseas in the ordinary course of operating Fusion (APP 8).
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-restricted and every administrative action is recorded in an audit trail.
Original source records are kept immutable — corrections are recorded alongside, never destructive overwrites — so an accurate history can always be produced.
When a business ends its engagement, its workspace data is deleted or returned per the service agreement, subject to legal retention obligations.
4. Access & correction
Under APPs 12 and 13 you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
Write to the privacy officer: privacy@oddballmarketing.com.au, or Oddball Marketing Pty Ltd, PO Box 1187, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
We respond within 30 days. Where information originated in a system your business connected (for example its accounting file), we will direct the correction there too, so it does not re-import incorrectly.
There is no charge for making a request; reasonable costs of supplying access may apply as the Privacy Act allows.
5. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, complain to the privacy officer first — we acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): www.oaic.gov.au · 1300 363 992.
